Online CDOM (Colored Dissolved Organic Matter) sensor is a fluorescent sensor that detects the fluorescent components of dissolved organic matter under near-ultraviolet light; it is also known as an FDOM (Fluorescent Dissolved Organic Matter) sensor. This method directly measures the fluorescence intensity emitted by CDOM/FDOM when excited by ultraviolet light to determine the relative concentrations of CDOM and FDOM.
