The online nitrate analyzer is an online water quality monitoring device. This device detects nitrate concentration through ion-selective electrode technology and employs advanced technology to achieve pre-calibration of the electrodes and dynamic compensation for pH and temperature interference. It is mainly applied in the monitoring of nitrification and denitrification processes in the activated sludge process of wastewater treatment plants, as well as in the field of industrial wastewater discharge supervision.

Application Areas
✅Wastewater treatment plant: In wastewater treatment plants, the ion electrode method nitrate analyzer is used to monitor the nitrate nitrogen concentration in aeration, biochemical and denitrification tanks. Through real-time monitoring, it can dynamically adjust the carbon source dosage, aeration intensity and sludge reflux ratio to improve nitrogen removal efficiency and reduce energy consumption.12 In addition, the instrument is also used in the short-range nitrification-anaerobic ammonia oxidation (PN/A) process to optimize the reaction conditions and reduce energy consumption.
✅Industrial circulating water systems: In industrial circulating water systems and boiler make-up water, the Ion Electrode Nitrate Analyzer is used to monitor nitrate-nitrogen concentrations and prevent corrosion of equipment, especially to control the synergistic corrosion rate of chloride ions and nitrate-nitrogen.
