The Fluorescence Dissolved Oxygen Analyser is based on the principle of fluorescence burst to measure the concentration of dissolved oxygen. The working principle is briefly described as follows: a fluorescent substance emits red light after being excited by blue light. As oxygen molecules absorb the energy emitted by the fluorescent substance, the intensity of the red light decreases, i.e. the fluorescence burst phenomenon occurs. By measuring the change in the intensity of the red light and comparing it with the fluorescence burst phenomenon, the concentration of dissolved oxygen can be calculated. Compared with the traditional electrochemical method, the fluorescence method of dissolved oxygen measurement instrument has significant advantages. Firstly, it does not require membranes, electrodes and electrolytes, thus avoiding measurement errors caused by poor maintenance or aging. Secondly, the fluorescence dissolved oxygen meter has higher sensitivity and stability, providing reliable results in low-oxygen environments or when high-precision measurements are required. In addition, the fluorescence method dissolved oxygen meter is characterised by a fast response time and a high degree of automation.
