Online COD BOD TSS 3 in 1 Analyzer is a device for continuous monitoring of chemical oxygen demand(COD),biological oxygen demand (BOD),Total suspended solids (TSS) in water, and its working principle is based on the UV absorption method. This method utilises the characteristic absorption bands of organic matter in the UV region, and determines the COD value in water by measuring the degree of absorption of UV light at specific wavelengths in the water sample. Specifically, as UV light passes through the water sample, the organic matter in the water absorbs a certain amount of UV light, resulting in a weakening of the intensity of the light transmitted through the water sample. The absorption of light is directly proportional to the concentration of organic matter in solution, so the COD value can be calculated by measuring the degree of light absorption. The UV light from the light source passes through the water sample in the flow cell and is absorbed by the organic matter in the water sample, and the intensity of the transmitted light is measured by a sensor. The sensor converts the light signal into an electrical signal and transmits it to the data processing system. The data processing system calculates the COD value of the water sample according to the preset calibration curve and measurement data, and displays or outputs it in digital form.
